แต่สำหรับบรรยากาศออฟฟิศของทางบริษัท เอลาแบรม ซิสเต็ม จำกัด ที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่โคราชจะเป็นห้องใหญ่ 1 ห้องโดยทำงานภายในห้องเดียวกัน โดยจะมีทีม Drive Test Engineer ไปทดสอบสัญญาณระบบโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ 2G, 3G และ LTE รวมถึงสรุปผลสัญญาณในแต่ละเขตทีไปตรวจสอบมา หลังจากนั้นจะทำการส่งข้อมูลให้ทีม Drive Test และ RF planning & Optimization ซึ่งจะทำงานโดยช่วยกันแบ่งปันความรู้และข้อมูลต่างๆ รวมถึงช่วยกันคิดและพัฒนาระบบคุณภาพของสัญญาณระบบโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ 2G, 3G และ LTEให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าให้ดีที่สุด

If you think about company in each site in each region from Telecommunication industry, your imagination will think about people who wear glass and work seriously in front of computer.
While work environment in Elabram Systems Thailand Office in korat will have 1 big room which they will share information, work together and help each other in the same room. The work process will start from Drive Test Engineer who will go to perform site investigation, test signal of radio frequency of cellphone system such as 2G,3G and 4G then will do the data collection and conclude the report. And send to Drive Test Analysis and RF engineer to plan, analysis, and implement in order to improve the signal of cellphone system to meet customer requirement and satisfaction.
